ISP 2017

The 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Signal Processing

4 - 5 December 2017 | IET London: Savoy Place

CPD 14 hours IET London: Savoy Place (logo)

About the conference

The provision of an intelligent information infrastructure is vital to future growth in the UK and success in this area will be underpinned by advancements in the field of signal and data processing.

With the continued explosive growth of the internet and mobile devices there are increasing challenges in processing, analysing, visualising, and distributing signals and data, commonly acquired from a heterogeneous mix of multimodal sensors and platforms, to extract useful information from the large data sets that state of the art sensor technology is now able to collect in real time from cluttered environments.

Application domains include defence systems, the digital economy and CYBER issues, healthcare, the Internet of Things, intelligent cities and sustainability including energy management - the list is almost limitless, the common denominator for new solutions in these areas is intelligent signal processing, incorporating information extraction and visualisation

.This two-day conference will offer you with a unique opportunity to gain insight into state-of-the-art technology in the field and to network with leading UK and international researchers and scientists.

Welcome note from Jonathon Chambers, Committee Chairman

"The conference organising committee for ISP was delighted by the response to the call for contributions in 2015 that we have decided to deliver it again!

"Some 90 extended abstracts were submitted from across the globe and we hope this year is your chance to participate – whether you are working in industry or academia.

"All authors should aim to achieve near journal quality presentation in their conference papers. ISP 2017 will be a unique opportunity for the UK signal processing community to engage with academic and industrial engineers and researchers from across the globe."
