The 9th International Conference on Power Electronics, Machines and Drives
17 - 19 April 2018 | Liverpool ACC, Liverpool, UK
About the conference
PEMD is a world-leading forum for industry and academia to meet, publish results of research and technical advances and share knowledge in the power electronics, machines and drives community.
Returning for the 9th iteration, the IET International PEMD Conference promises a high quality, technically focussed programme through our conference scope. It will feature peer reviewed content plus tutorial sessions and keynote presentations as well as a host of unrivalled networking opportunities with the leaders of the industry at the sell-out exhibition
PEMD carries a very prestigious past and present reputation and is a proven platform to bring together hundreds of power electronics, machines and drives specialists, from across the globe, showcasing the very latest advances and applications and providing an insight into the technology roadmaps of the components, systems, process and materials that are driving innovation in this sector.
The call for papers is open and the PEMD Organising Committee invites you to submit abstracts for peer review through the technical scope developed by experts for experts.
The PEMD sector is subject to enormous innovation and growth, and keeping abreast of technology and market trends is ever more important. We aim to bring into one place, information on all relevant activities (within and without the IET), and develop a series of low cost seminars / colloquia to supplement the headline IET PEMD and ACDC Conferences.
This is a network aiming to serve the PEMD community. It is open to IET members and non-members.
