Developments in Surface Engineering

Joint Event with Surface Engineering Association

A technical lecture detailing the importance of surface engineering to the manufacturing supply as virtually every manufactured product requires some form of surface engineering to enable it to function as expected.

There will be examples of the application of surface engineering and a worked example of its benefit to the environment.

Without surface engineering, there is no manufacturing, a fact that is not well understood by both large corporations and Government departments. The SEA is the voice of the industry, working at every level to ensure that its members are informed and fairly represented in Parliament in the UK and at a European level. The presentation will be followed by a Q/A session.
