Why Teams and not Zoom?

We have been asked by a number of you why we on the IET Scotland South West are using Teams rather than Zoom. There are a number of good reasons for this, but the two main ones are:

  1. We are aware that Zoom is not permitted, or is even blocked, on some company's IT equipment.
  2. Teams is able to cope with lower broadband speeds, down to as low as 0.5Mb.
