Her career experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Board Member, Chairman of the Board and private equity consultant.

Maryam Rahmani is a Sr. Business Development Manager with Microsoft Cybersecurity Solutions Group. In her role, she is committed to enablement and empowerment of public sector customers through collaboration with partners leveraging both Microsoft’s end-to-end intelligent security platform and partners’ strengths to help customers fulfill their mission. Previously, she worked as a consultant in a cyber risk advisory helping organizations mitigate cyber related risks. Maryam is on the board of the Society of High-Performance Computing Professionals, a charitable, non-profit organization educating and connecting HPC users from industry and academia.
Global Director of Product Safety & Security - Rockwell Automation
Megan Samford, Global Director of Product Safety & Security, Rockwell Automation - Megan is a security executive with a career spanning several positions both in government and the private sector with focus on industrial control systems security, critical infrastructure protection and risk analysis. In her role at Rockwell Automation, Megan is responsible for driving the product security strategy and program for Rockwell Automation. Rockwell Automation, with its Allen Bradley and Rockwell Software product lines, is the world’s largest company dedicated to automation and Industrial Control Systems.
Fellowship - Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
Lieutenant Young-McLear is currently serving on a fellowship at Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS CISA). She brings her expertise to two DHS CISA sub-divisions concurrently to execute the CISA Industrial Control Systems Strategy and other initiatives to develop a national cyber workforce pipeline. LCDR Young-McLear served previously as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) where she provided direct support to a Deputy Cabinet Secretary for the development of DHS policy, mission planning, and execution for 240K employees. She has served in several Coast Guard communities, including Marine Safety and Naval/Industrial Engineering.
Engineering Director Digital, Automation and Control, Chair IET New England Network - Unilever
Andy started his Unilever career in supply chain R&D 22 years ago developing global A&C strategy in Batch Manufacturing, Packing Line optimization and MES. Since then, much of Andy’s career focused on leadership of transformative change programs as part of global and regional teams. Andy has come full circle, returning to his Automation roots, leading factory floor Cybersecurity, Digital Factory and Automation and Control for Unilever’s global engineering organization.
Over the last three years, Andy has focused his efforts in creating value in manufacturing through deployment of new technologies and putting data in the hands of Unilever’s experts
Andrew earned his degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Aston, UK, is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and chairs the IET’s New England Network. Andy worked closely with ISA Leadership, as chairman of OMAC and is a founding board member of the Automation Federation, whose early focus was Cybersecurity.
