Workplace harassment and bullying: Cancelling the culture of silence

Join us for this webinar where we’ll be talking to Marie Hemingway, founder of Speak Out Revolution, on workplace harassment and the culture of silence, as well as how to stamp out the problems.

In this webinar, Marie will be sharing –

* Insights into the lived experiences of employees

* Unseen barriers to resolution

* Opportunities for us all to be allies for inclusive working

* An overview of, and invite to support, the Speak Out Revolution #DesignHerIn campaign focused on challenges present within the engineering sector in the UK

Marie founded Speak Out Revolution, a not-for-profit, in 2020, working to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in workplaces across the UK. They also host the Speak Out survey, a global anonymous survey for individuals to anonymously share lived experiences of harassment and bullying from across all sectors. The research focuses on the employee experience and route to resolution within the workplace.

This webinar is open to all genders and organisations. We hope to see you on 23rd Feb 2021.
