Ismaël is an experienced engineer with some 20 years of experience at the power utility. He is an international trainer/coach and he specialises in leadership and various soft skills. His latest interest is in using Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity at the workplace. He was recognised with Asia’s Best Coaching & Development Leadership Award 2020/21.
