Khyle Gallagher is a Quality professional and Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Quality Control, Assurance, and engineering across the nuclear and defense sectors. A former Royal Marines Commando, Khyle has operated in various capacities throughout his career, bringing resilience, leadership, and adaptability to high-pressure environments. He is driven by the philosophy of avoiding the injection of issues that hinder projects or business progress, instead focusing on enhancing efficiency, adding value, and driving continuous improvement.
Currently a Project Quality Lead at Nuvia, Khyle provides strategic support and leadership in quality management across complex projects, including nuclear decommissioning, MOD operations, and power generation. With expertise in quality systems and processes, supported by CQI/IRCA certification, Khyle ensures compliance with industry standards while fostering operational excellence. His proactive approach ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes that contribute to both project and organisational success.
