About

Human factors, also known as ergonomics, is a multidisciplinary field that studies the interactions between people and the systems they use, including the physical, cognitive, and organizational aspects. It aims to optimize human well-being and system performance by understanding how humans perform, why errors occur, and how to mitigate those errors.

This webinar provides an insight into application of human factors across many areas of nuclear design, science and operations.
