About

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) represents a convergence of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT), enabling real-time data acquisition, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation across industrial environments. As industries embrace digital transformation, IIoT is becoming a cornerstone for achieving predictive maintenance, process optimization, energy efficiency, and supply chain visibility. This webinar is designed to explore how IIoT is reshaping industrial operations, with a focus on practical implementations, architectural considerations, and emerging trends such as edge computing, digital twins, and AI-driven analytics.

Unlocking the Power of IIoT: From Promise to Practicality

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) holds enormous potential, offering smarter decision-making, streamlined operations, and powerful automation through real-time data. Yet despite the hype, many organisations are still waiting to see these benefits materialise.
In this presentation, Cade will dive into the real-world challenges that are holding IIoT adoption back. He’ll highlight key UK initiatives tackling these hurdles head-on, and introduce a practical starting project designed specifically for newcomers to IIoT, one that typically delivers a fast, measurable return on investment.
