Eleanor Baker
Women Entrepreneurs Lead, Social Sustainability - Lloyds Bank
Ellie is a passionate advocate for fostering equitable opportunities for women entrepreneurs and underrepresented communities. In her role at Lloyds, Ellie leads initiatives to support women-led businesses to scale and thrive. She is committed to increasing the representation of women and girls in sectors such as manufacturing and tech.
A key focus of her work is ensuring regional access to finance, networks, and essential business tools to empower entrepreneurs across the UK.
With over 12 years at Lloyds, Ellie has gained extensive experience in roles spanning relationship management, merchant services, personal banking, and supporting businesses across diverse sectors to achieve their strategic growth ambitions.
Ellie is also an apprentice at Manchester Metropolitan University, specialising in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, further solidifying her expertise in driving positive social and economic change.
Andrew Rawstron
Managing Director and Principal Consultant - Rawstron Solutions Ltd
Andrew has spent over 30 years in manufacturing and supply chain. Latterly he ran the supply chain operations through Asia Pacific and Caspian for an international chemical and service provider to the energy sector.
During this time has led several projects in capital investment, manufacturing automation, process monitoring and analytics, global information communication and ERP roll outs. He believes that when traditional answers cannot deliver, “It is what it is” thinking should be challenged, and novel solutions sought.
Andrew is currently supporting businesses to find a way to break obstacles, increase productivity, drive engagement and instil continual improvement. He advocates sharing of lessons and networking of ideas to help everyone drive industry forward.
A passionate advocate for STEM awareness and education, working with several organisations and charities as an award-winning STEM Mentor.
