Joseph Heng Si Zhuo
Senior Planner 4D Consultant - Metisplan Limited
Joseph is a 4D Planning and Project Controls Specialist with 15 years of experience across construction, infrastructure, and energy projects in the UK, Europe, and Malaysia. An ACIArb member with an MBA and a Civil Engineering background, he specialises in Synchro 4D implementation, BIM integration, NEC contract programme execution, delay analysis, and 4D visualisation.
He has led digital construction initiatives: 4D planning implementation, 4D training programmes, and project reporting for major contractors. Joseph authored Sunway Construction’s VDC 4D Planning Handbook and has supported a wide range of complex projects, including hospitals, government developments, biodiesel refineries, and major civil engineering schemes.
Currently consulting for Metisplan in the UK, he delivers programme development, forensic delay assessments, and 4D tender simulations that support successful project bids and delivery outcomes. Fluent in four languages, Joseph combines technical expertise, commercial awareness, and collaborative leadership to help project teams achieve efficient and effective results.
