Deputy Chief Test Pilot - Boeing Defence 

Deputy Chief Test Pilot, Boeing Defence UK (BDUK)

Ben joined BDUK in 2015 after 20 years military service and currently leads the Boeing Test & Evaluation UK Chinook team conducting Experimental Flight Test, Maintenance Flight Test and Training on Chinook.

His experience includes leading the Chinook Mk6A Digital Automatic Flight Control System testing, High Altitude testing, and live deck landing trials, as well as Defensive Aid Suite trials. He has also supported US Army Chinook experimental testing for the Advanced Chinook Rotor Blades, Dynamic Strain Survey and Active Parallel Actuator System programmes.

With 21 years experience flying Chinook Ben is extremely passionate about the aircraft and providing frontline aircrew with a battle winning capability.
