Rami Salem is a Risk Management Consultant at IQRM with 14 years of experience in both Risk Management and the Oil & Gas sector. He specializes in project risk management training and consultations, spearheading IQRM’s signature QRM program, which focuses on applying quantitative risk assessment to schedules and budgets. Rami has partnered with industry leaders such as Saudi Aramco and ADNOC, providing expert guidance to enhance risk mitigation strategies and optimize capital project outcomes.
