Join us for this joint event with the APM, as we explore, how Earned Value Management (EVM) integrates project scope, schedule, and cost to provide a comprehensive view of project performance. We will also clarify the fundamental concepts and practical applications of EVM.
Key metrics such as Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC), including PMB, EAC, ETC, ACWP, BCWP etc. will be thoroughly covered throughout the presentation. We will also demonstrate how these metrics are used to assess project health.
Additionally, we will highlight the benefits of using EVM for forecasting future performance, identifying potential issues early, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track. As an AtkinsRéalis ChPP scheme sponsor, Behnam works in a team to develop bespoke schemes supporting colleagues in achieving APM ChPP accreditation. Additionally, he is an assessor for the APM ChPP programme, undertaking assessments of both written and interview stages

Manish does volunteer with APM, PMI, IET and mentor / coached lot of apprentices and young professionals.
