About

This webinar presents a modern approach to electromagnetic modeling and computational automation for advanced applications in power electronics, with a focus on high-frequency magnetic components. The session highlights how analytical electromagnetic formulations, finite element analysis (FEA), and Python-based automation can be integrated into a unified design workflow for the development of high-power-density conversion systems.

Using a 2.6 kW Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge (PSFB) converter as a case study, the webinar explores, among other aspects, especially the electromagnetic behavior of planar transformers and the distribution of magnetic flux. The presentation demonstrates how 2D and 3D electromagnetic simulations can be used to evaluate field interactions in modern power electronics systems.

The webinar will also address circuit-to-field co-simulation techniques.

The session is dedicated to engineers, researchers, and professionals interested in electromagnetic modeling, computational engineering, power electronics, and modern engineering automation workflows.
