Illustrated through delivery experience on Midland Mainline Electrification, Transpennine Route Upgrade, other rail projects and wider applications.
The presentation will illustrate opportunities to introduce digital transformation, featuring best practice, lessons learnt in an easily digestible way. Process principles, easy implementation, early benefits and buzzword free.
The topic will be of relevance to any rail professional involved in managing programmes, developing individuals and teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
