About

This webinar will explore how the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry has evolved through the industrial revolutions and why today’s digital shift is fundamentally different in speed, scale, and impact. It will explain what digital transformation really means in an EPC context—how it works, the organisational, process, and data prerequisites required to make it successful, and the common pitfalls that prevent initiatives from delivering measurable value. The session will also examine the current challenges facing the EPC sector, benchmark the industry’s maturity against other sectors that have advanced further, and highlight the technologies EPC organisations should be prioritising to remain competitive and resilient. Finally, the webinar will share the practical journey of ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC PSP, one of the biggest EPC Companies in the Middle East and Africa outlining key milestones, lessons learned, and the approach taken to translate strategy into sustained, scalable change.
