Managing machine learning to deliver AI and improvements in safety and efficiency

The Future of Sustainable Power Systems

About

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is very much in the news. The term is used to cover a wide range of technical solutions, some of which would not pass the classic test of what constitutes AI.
The big advances in recent years are actually coming from Machine Learning, which is in many ways a better terminology to use. Machine learning offers many opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and safety in a wide range of industries, but there are risks which need to be managed. The presentation will cover the main issues to be addressed before looking at examples of some high benefit applications from a range of areas including energy, medicine and transportation.

We are closing registration a week before the event, as we need to notify Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) the potential attendances  to allow entries on site.

For this event registration is mandatory otherwise you will not be allowed entry on site.

ID/car details might be checked at the entry gate so please allow at least 5 to 10 minutes from arrival at the site to drive/walk to the room where the event is held.
