IET Introduction2: Beyond the Sensors: IT/OT Secure Systems Integration: How to plan and manage from client requirement to full system execution

Hosted by IET Western Australia Local Network

About

The IET WA Local Network invites you to a joint technical presentation, free to IET members, and Chaired by the IET WA Local network, with open discussion and Q&A format to assist your learning as part of the ‘IET An Introduction2 Series.’

Micheal Meeham of Monitra Australia will be providing an ‘Introduction2’ simplifying the complexity of the systems integration process. The discussion will cover the critical path from initial client requirements to full system integration. You will gain a management level understanding of leading teams through various friction points, ensuring that high value digital transformations are not just designed but successfully adopted.

Key outcomes will include:
  •    How to deliver technology solutions within rigorous IT/OT frameworks
 •    A description of the interpretation of cyber security mandates and “abuse” cases of regulatory processes that can delay or derail projects
  •    How to navigate data governance, security audits and the legal nuances of technology adoption.
