About
Join us for an enriching evening which covers a talk on process engineering in beverage production. It starts from materials preparation, water filtration, ingredients mixing, carbonation, and finally packaging. The speaker will cover how engineering techniques are applied at each production stage to ensure that the product demands and quality is met. We will also have a technical pub quiz to test everyone's knowledge breath and depth, while having fun.
