IET Switzerland Electro Broc and 2025 AGM

Event Schedule
- Apero: Upon arrival, we will begin the day with a small Apero at the hotel where the AGM will take place.

- Technical Visit to Electrobroc: Following the Apero and AGM, we will proceed to Electrobroc for a guided tour that promises to be both educational and inspiring.

- Evening Meal: After the visit, we will return to the hotel for a convivial evening meal to round off the day. The Hotel Restaurant specialises in wood-fired pizzas but have a good a la carte menu. Each pays their own way.

Optional Second Day Activities
For those wishing to extend their stay, we invite you to consider exploring the local area the following day. Options include:

- A visit to the world-famous resort of Gruyere.

Important: Please indicate during registration if you are interested in staying over and participating in the second day's activities. Should there be sufficient interest, we will provide further details and coordination in a follow-up communication.

Key Details
- Cost: The technical visit to Electrobroc and the AGM are free to attend. However, the evening meal will be at your own expense.

• Accommodation: A limited number of hotel rooms are available for your overnight stay. Please book early with the Hotel to secure your spot. They have promised to find alternative accommodation, if all rooms get taken. Again, each pays their own way.
• Tip: Arrive in Broc earlier to visit the world-famous Maison Cailler chocolate factory—a treat not to be missed, but be sure to book up early!
