IR Prof. Dr Leong Wai Yie
Chairperson, IET Industry 4.0 Malaysia Technical Section
Prof. Dr. Leong Wai Yie has served in numerous prominent roles throughout her distinguished career. She was the Chairperson of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Industry Revolution 4.0 Technical Section and the Past Chairperson of IET Malaysia. Additionally, she has been an IET United Kingdom Council Member, Vice President of the International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES), and Deputy Vice Chair of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (Women in Engineering Committee). Her leadership in these roles reflects her dedication to the engineering profession and her commitment to promoting innovation and gender diversity in the field.
