IET/EA Student Presentation Competition 2026 hosted by IET Queensland Local Network
About
University engineering students from across Queensland will present projects undertaken during their final years of study as part of the annual IET and EA student presentation competition. Attendees will hear directly from students about their projects and gain insight into engineering work and innovation emerging from Queensland universities.
Presentations will be assessed by a judging panel drawn from the Queensland IET and Engineers Australia Electrical Branch committees, with prizes awarded to the top three presentations. The event provides an opportunity to recognise student achievement while showcasing projects to engineering professionals, researchers, students and industry representatives.
Following the competition, attendees will have an opportunity to network and connect with students and other members of the engineering community.
