Ir. Victor Nagesparan Ainarappan is a Professional Registration Advisor (PRA), Professional Review Interviewer (PRI), and an active member of the IET Registration & Standards Committee (RSSG). With more than 20 years of industry experience in the telecommunications sector and close to a decade in academia, he has built a strong reputation for engineering leadership, mentoring, and professional development.
Ir. Victor has guided over 500 engineers and technical managers toward achieving their Chartered Engineer and Professional Engineer status, both in Malaysia and internationally. His work with PETRONAS Malaysia, where he successfully mentored multiple cohorts, including 40 engineering managers and senior managers in 2023, 110 engineers and engineering managers in 2024, and 145 engineers and engineering managers in 2025, has been successfully awarded Chartered Engineers and Victor has been widely recognised for elevating professional engineering standards within the organisation.
Known for his clear guidance and structured approach, Ir. Victor continues to empower engineers to reach global recognition in their careers. His sessions combine practical insights, real-world examples, and proven strategies to help aspiring engineers navigate the professional registration pathway with confidence.
