An interactive lecture on Learning from Experience (LfE) will be held to look at the behaviours associated with LfE in our careers as engineers and will include the following:

Proactive Curiosity - fuelling continuous learning and innovation
Adaptability and flexibility - thriving amid change and complexity
Openness to feedback - turning insight into growth
Collaboration and knowledge sharing - strengthening learning through collective intelligence
Self-reflection and critical thinking - transforming experience into insight
