“MS Leadership Series- Talk with Management” is MS’s series events aiming to provide green engineers with insights and guidance. From top management’s perspective on navigating the challenges and opportunities in the engineering fields. One speaker from top management will be invited for each activity to share his/her valuable experiences through Panel Discussion, Interactive Q&A Session and Networking Session.

Ir Gary Ko embarked on his professional journey at Kum Shing in 1991, progressively assuming pivotal roles as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. His prior experience includes notable contributions to China Light & Power. Possessing a distinguished academic background with degrees in Electrical Engineering, English for Professionals, and Business Administration, Gary is a distinguished Registered Professional Engineer and Electrical Worker, acknowledged by prestigious bodies like The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and The Institution of Engineering and Technology. 

An esteemed figure in industry leadership, he holds the esteemed positions of President of The Hong Kong Electrical & Mechanical Contractors’ Association and Vice President of The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical & Mechanical Contractors. Beyond industry commitments, Ir Gary serves as Vice Chairman of The Community Chest, while his governmental engagements encompass chairing the Lift and Escalator Safety Advisory Committee and participation in electoral committees for HKSAR and the National People's Congress.
