Project risk management has become a critical enabler for delivering complex capital works with confidence in an environment of tight budgets and aggressive schedules. The seminar “Navigating Project Uncertainty: Modern Project Control and Risk Management Strategies with Data Analytics Tools” is designed for engineers, risk managers, planners, cost engineers, and senior management professionals responsible for successful project delivery.

The presentation provides a brief introduction of qualitative risk management while introducing advanced probabilistic techniques, including broader applications of Monte Carlo simulation beyond traditional cost and schedule forecasting.
