United Utilities is responsible for water and wastewater services in the North West of England. They are committed to delivering reliable and resilient water supplies to three million households and 200,000 businesses in the North West, at the lowest possible cost.
They have a long-term approach for sustainable drainage and wastewater management and look at three key areas: flooding, environment and wastewater treatment. They have many current and future planned projects and the speakers will describe some of these.
