Project Sky Bridge technical visit

Sky Bridge, opening since 1 Nov 2022, is a revolutionary and iconic new feature of HK International Airport. This 200 x 20m footbridge enables passenger a convenient travel between Terminal 1 and Terminal 1 Satellite Concourse, along with a unique angle of view to the airport escorted by the exterior glazing and glass floor. It is also the world’s longest airside bridge that fits even an A380 to pass underneath.

IET Railway and Transportation Section are very much honored to invite Ar. Eric Lok, Senior Manager, Capital Works of Airport Authority and the architect lead of Project Sky Bridge to proffer our member a guided visit. Participants can be shared with and appreciate the design ideology behind this picturesque construction.
