Reactive, Predictive, Proactive Cyber Security

Navigating the Cyber Realm Through Skills & Talent

About

Cybersecurity is no longer just about technology—it’s about people, culture, and anticipation. With an expanding attack surface, human-focused threats are increasing, and organisations must equip their teams with the skills to respond to crises they have never faced before.

This session explores the evolving cyber landscape, from leadership accountability to developing the right culture and representation in tech. Join us to challenge assumptions, inspire action, and learn how investing in skills and people bridges the gap between good technology and real-world outcomes.

Hear from industry leaders at the forefront of national cyber defence as they share insights, experiences, and practical discussions to prepare for the threats of today - and tomorrow.
