RMS - Battle of the Beams

The Battle of the Beams was a period early in the Second World War when the German Air Force used a number of increasingly accurate systems of radio navigation for night bombing. Once we realised that these systems existed, we fought back with a variety of countermeasures, and a lot of lives were saved.
