Technical Seminar: Technical Seminar on Non-destructive Testing (NDT) for Railway

Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technology relies on advanced methods to evaluate the integrity of railway infrastructure and rolling stock without causing damage. By utilizing techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), NDT enhances safety and reliability in rail systems. These methods are crucial for detecting flaws in tracks, signals, and components throughout their service lifecycle.

In this seminar, our speaker Prof. Gao, Xiao Rong (高晓蓉) from Southwest Jiaotong University, will introduce the NDT techniques and share the latest development of NDT technologies, industry trends and applications. This event is co-organized with MTR and Association of Railway Transport Professionals (ARTP).
