Mark's talk will provide a timely look at some of the main challenges facing Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) today.

He will consider the contributing factors including:

  • What is voltage and why does it matter?
  • How do we manage it now?
  • How will we manage it in future?

Mark will also present the Boston Spa Energy Efficiency Trial (BEET), an important innovation project that will help customers living in and around Boston Spa and Wetherby to reduce their energy bills and cut carbon emissions.
