About

Thales IAS UK’s F-ADAPT Hub (Future Air Defence Availability Project) is co-located alongside 7th Air Defence Group Royal Artillery at Baker Barracks. It has been providing a one-stop shop for management (spares and repairs) of air defence equipment including LML/SL (Lightweight Multiple Launcher/Shoulder Launcher) and for Stormer vehicles since 2008. Alongside maintenance and repairs it also provides training and support for short notice operational deployment request, as well as facilitating demos and trials.

Service Delivery Manager, ADAPT - Thales UK

Nick Has been part of the Thales team for 17 years, working on the ADAPT programme at Thorney Island. During his time at Thales, he has had the opportunity to develop his skills, originally starting as a technician before moving into quality and logistics before finally settling into his current position as Service Delivery Manager. In addition to his Service Delivery role, he also manages the facility so has plenty of additional strings to his bow!
