Technical Visit to H2O Public Education Centre

The Management Section is scheduled to organise a Technical Visit to H2O Public Education Centre (H2OPE). Water is the foundation of life and a crucial resource for the sustainable development of a city, and the Water Supplies Department (WSD) of the Hong Kong SAR Government is committed to ensuring a stable and safe water supply for Hong Kong. H2OPE is a public education centre managed by the Water Supplies Department (WSD) of Hong Kong and located in Tin Shui Wai. It aims to raise public awareness about water resources and sustainable water and enhance public’s knowledge of water conservation. Through the exhibits, live demonstrations and interactive games, members can gain a thorough understanding of various issues related to water resources in Hong Kong.  

A speaker from the WSD, will also brief participants the history, background, challenge and future plan of water supply in Hong Kong.
