Cost-Sharing Contribution:       A Cost-Sharing Contribution refers to a participant's contribution to cover shared expenses for transportation and meal services between Shenzhen Liantong Port and HUAWEI European Town in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, China. All contributions are applied exclusively toward actual costs incurred, excluding any administrative overhead, in accordance with non-profit, shared-cost principles.
The mandated contributions are as follows:  

- IET Members: HKD300 per person

- Non-members: HKD500 per person

Notes - Policy Limits on Participant Application:

1.      Participants must possess valid legal documents for Mainland China, such as the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents;

2.      Eligibility to attend this visit is non-transferable, and Cost-Sharing Contribution is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registration, please inform the RTS committee or Grissom ZENG promptly to allow reallocation to a waiting list participant;

3.      Payment methods will be communicated to those on the final participant list, expected before Oct 23;

4.      A group personal accident policy is available for IET Hong Kong members aged 16 to 80. It is recommended that all participants, including non-members, purchase additional personal travel insurance for this visit.
