To reach the observatory PLEASE USE OUR NEW ENTRANCE at the north facade  via Anzinger Str. 13 or via Gisela-Stein-Straße (esp. if coming by foot from Ostbahnhof).

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: To reach the viewing platform with wheelchairs/wheelchairs and baby carriages, please contact our staff  The new outdoor elevator takes you directly up to the new main entrance of the observatory. Press 3rd floor (sticker: observatory). Access to the viewing platform can only be gained with our colleagues. Please register at reception first and our colleagues will then take you up in the elevator.
