Technical Visit: Zero Carbon Smart Space
About
Sustainable development is a common proposition for human society. The Hong Kong SAR Government has actively responded to the global carbon reduction targets of the Paris Agreement by formulating and implementing the Hong Kong Climate Action Blueprint 2050. The blueprint announced four major carbon reduction strategies: "Net Zero Power Generation," "Energy Efficiency and Green Buildings," "Green Transport," and "Waste Reduction for All," with the goal of making Hong Kong a more sustainable and liveable city.
Based on its insight and foresight into the low-carbon and environmentally friendly concepts of "energy-saving green buildings" and "green transportation," Rongli Group has partnered with leading global companies such as Sany Group, CATL, Zhongfu Hong Kong, Fanlan Technology, Shenghong Zhichuang, Dabo Intelligent, Gaosheng Innovation Technology, and Jiahefeng Technology to establish Zero Carbon Smart Space (Yuen Long). This innovation platform provides a full-chain enterprise solution for solar, storage, charging, swapping, and recycling, driving the industry's digitalization, intelligence, and low-carbon transformation.
Management Section of IET Hong Kong Branch and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Hong Kong Branch are going to arrange a co-organized event of Technical Visit to the Zero Carbon Smart Space.
The event is scheduled to take place on 18 October 2025, 9:00 a.m. -12:00 (tentative), and will be hosted at the Zero Carbon Smart Space located in Yuen Long, New Territories. The visit aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the latest advancements in sustainable technologies and innovative solutions for achieving zero carbon emissions.
Key highlights of the visit include a guided tour of the facility, interactive demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies, and a networking session with industry experts. The event promises to be both educational and inspiring, offering valuable insights into the future of sustainable development.
