The First Lego League 2024-25 - Recruitment for judges
Organized by Branch Committee, IET Hong Kong
About
FIRST LEGO League is an international competition that challenges students to think like scientists and engineers. Teams engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering as they design and program LEGO robots to tackle real-world problems.
The competition consists of three main areas: the Robot Game, where teams build and program autonomous robots to complete missions; the Innovation Project, where teams solve real-world problems related to the season's theme; and Core Values, where teams demonstrate discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun.
The competition has three age divisions: FIRST LEGO League Challenge (ages 9-16), FIRST LEGO League Explore (ages 6-10), and FIRST LEGO League Discover (ages 4-6).
Teams from schools and organizations across Hong Kong will gather at AsiaWorld-Expo to showcase their innovations and compete in an exciting, collaborative environment.
The IET Hong Kong Branch is co-organizing the FIRST LEGO League 2024–25 on July 26–27, 2025. Our main role is to judge and evaluate each team's robot design based on their passion and presentation.
You are cordially invited to participate in the event as a judge and to experience the excitement of the FIRST LEGO League.
