The Key Skills of Mentoring - e-class
With an increasing demand for on line learning, we have created ‘bite-sized’ e-classes. We have taken the fundamental information from our full day courses and condensed it down into short, informative learning sessions.
The use of mentoring has become widespread and mentors are now regarded as one of the most important sources of professional support and advice. This one hour bite-size session, aims to explore what is meant by the term mentoring and develop the key skills required to become an effective mentor.
