Jerry has a track record of successfully coaching leaders of organisations and teams to achieving world class levels of employee engagement. He has an MA and MEng honours degree in Engineering from Cambridge University and is also a qualified accountant. His earlier career in the engineering and automotive industry in Germany, France and the UK, spanned engineering design, operations management and finance.
