TheEye System - a non-intrusive inspection system which delivers improved quality and reduces costs – such as manual inspection, scrap, rework, recall, warranty etc.
It uses the ground-breaking patented technology of Polarimetric and Thermal imaging system, combined with in-house developed AI software to analyse images and identify faults.
Able to identify those issues that are difficult to find with the human eye, using plug and play technology, making it quick and easy to introduce into any manufacturing process.
TheEye System is designed to enable quality and fault detection to be achieved earlier and further up the production process, with full traceability and without the need for an operator.
