Travel and aviation operations: reimagined by AI

About

The industry’s next leap is not just digital - it’s intelligent. With AI
reshaping travel and aviation operations, the airport can deliver
smarter journeys, faster decisions and more resilient services.

This session examines how AI is transforming travel and aviation
operations. It will explore the impact of intelligent systems on the
traveler experience, operational control, disruption management,
and service recovery, while addressing the strategic and technical
foundations needed to scale AI responsibly.
The discussion will also examine the practical challenges of
adoption, including data quality, integration, governance, and trust,
and highlight what it takes to move from experimentation to real
operational impact.
