Vets, Pets, and AI

This talk will start with a brief description on 'what is AI?' followed by a number of examples of how AI is being used in veterinary science to improve animal healthcare and support the lives of our favourite companion animals. We will talk about a number for examples spanning wearable devices on dogs and analysing behaviour, analysing medical images to look at pedigree dog brain disorders, analysing biopsy samples for cancer in dogs.
