About
Kronospan in Chirk manufactures a wide range of wood-based products, including Particleboard (Chipboard), Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF), High-Density Fibreboard (HDF) as well as Melamine faced panels, worktops, wall panels and laminate flooring. These products are supplied to the furniture industry, DIY sectors, and many others.
In addition, the company produces special and decorative paper in various colours.
This visit will allow us to view the various manufacturing processes involved in producing these items.
PLEASE NOTE: VISITORS MUST BRING PHOTO ID and PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT ALLOWED!
PPE is required: a Hard Hat, Hi-Viz Jacket, and Protective footwear. A limited amount of PPE is available, but it is best to bring your own.
