Visit to Suffolk Millwright

The event at their workshops in Dennington will include a presentation by Tim Whiting, the principal of Suffolk Millwrights. 

This will cover the early days and developement of the company, the type and scope of work that they undertake, some of the mills that they are currently working on and the methods used to produce replacement parts for mills. 

This will be followed by a guided tour of the workshops and an opportunity to see various parts being manufactured (The top frame for a mill may weigh several tons and a set of sails may be more than 60 feet in length!)
