UKCA Marking - The new regulatory regime for goods in the UK

This webinar presented by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy will provide an overview of the new UK regulatory regime for goods, also known as the UKCA marking. The UKCA marking replaces the CE and reverse epsilon marking for goods placed on the market in Great Britain after the 31 December 2022. The presentation will cover the marking process, the separate rules for Northern Ireland and the roles and responsibilities of economic operators under the new regime. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers with officials from the Department.
