17 Jun 2025 /
5:30pm - 8:00pm

About

Join us for this joint event with the APM, as we explore, how Earned Value Management (EVM) integrates project scope, schedule, and cost to provide a comprehensive view of project performance. We will also clarify the fundamental concepts and practical applications of  EVM.

Key metrics such as Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC), including PMB, EAC, ETC, ACWP, BCWP etc. will be thoroughly covered throughout the presentation. We will also demonstrate how these metrics are used to assess project health.

Additionally, we will highlight the benefits of using EVM for forecasting future performance, identifying potential issues early, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track. By the end of the presentation, attendees should have a clear understanding of how EVM can enhance project management and contribute to successful project outcomes.

This event is beneficial for all Design Managers and Project Managers, whether experienced or new to the field. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your EVM knowledge and skills.
