Writing evidence for professional registration
About
This 4.5 hour live online course including a short break, is designed to support individuals who are ready to write their application for Professional Registration or those who are coaching an applicant on their written evidence to become Professionally Registered through the IET.
During this course delegates will learn how to create concise evidence to support competences. It also teaches applicants how to avoid revealing sensitive information. By working with the competency framework set out and maintained by the Engineering Council, the UK-SPEC, this course will take you through writing evidence to capture information that demonstrates the qualities and behaviours required to showcase an applicant's competence.
Working with a detailed case study, delegates will be able to extract the information needed for Professional Registration to ensure evidence is clear, concise and desensitised/declassified.
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at anyone who is ready to write their evidence for Professional Registration or is coaching an applicant on their written evidence for Professional Registration with the IET. If you are looking to attend both our Professional Registration courses, we advise you attend ‘Preparing for Professional Registration’, before attending ‘Writing Evidence for Professional Registration’.
